Lama Lena (Yeshe Kaytup) is a teacher of Direct Mind Perception Meditation and a lineage holder of several Tibetan Traditions. Her informal style of teaching is precise and direct and she is revered by students around the world. Beginnin in 1972, Lama Lena spent three years studying with Lama Thuben Yeshe at his monastery in Nepal and seven years in retreat and practice in a small cave above TsoPema under the tutelage of her root teacher, Ven. Wangdor Rimpoche. For the past 25 years she has traveled extensively, first as translator to Wangdor Rimpoche and then as a teacher in her own right.
